Instructions

Log into the job sites and put your keywords in the search box (the one with the magnifying glass icon)

Fill out the application using cut and paste (Control C = copy and Control V = paste in place)

Upload your resume from your desktop or copy and paste from your page

HOW TO APPLY FOR A JOB

Using your Job Search Form

Open up your Job Search Form from the Desktop area.
Immediately Click on "Menu" in the upper left hand corner.
Select "Save As" and a dialog box will open and you want to rename it.
Rename it with this format: 04-19-20 (Use a Week Ending Date) - job search
Example: 04-19-20-job-search

GENTLE REMINDER: Click control s to save your work as you get going. And also, don't use slashes in your file name.

How to attach to an email to send to lawyer

After the search form is done, click on control s to save your work. Exit the document (click X at upper right hand corner)
Go into your email and click on "New Message" and compose your email to Tracie
Then click on the paperclip icon at the bottom of the email box. That will open your files. It will default into the Desktop, and you will need to double-click on the "Job Search Forms Folder".
Click on the file you want to attach and click 'open' and it will automatically attach to the email.
Then you are done. You can send the email.

How to Download the documents

If a document comes attached to your email, lean on the document icon until you see the "download arrow". Double click on the download arrow and it will automatically download the document and save it in your 'DOWNLOADS" folder.

If you are downloading from Fiverr.com, go to the Orders tab and find the document. Look for the download button and double-click. This will automatically save the document into your DOWNLOADS folder.

Go to the DOWNLOADS folder and find the file. Double click to open it. Then click on the "MENU" list and choose "SAVE AS". This will still default to your downloads folder. So CHOOSE DESKTOP, then DOUBLE CLICK AND CHOOSE JOB SEARCH FOLDER. Once you are in the correct folder, change the name of the document to match your naming protocol. For example: 04-22-20-job-search-form (Reminder, don't use slashes in the dates)
From here, you are now ready to attach to the email.

How to Copy and Paste

Control C = Copy onto clipboard.
SELECT WHAT YOU WANT TO COPY: Hold the shift button down and using your right arrow, walk across where you want to highlight. If it's more than one line, you can use the down arrow. Once it is highlighted, you can let up on the shift button and choose control c.

Control V = Paste in place. Don't forget to click your curser where you want it to go.
Control Z = Undo, this means, undo what I just did or what just happened.
Control S = save
Control A = Select all

How to take a snapshot of your webpage

Go up to the upper right hand side of your computer screen, and click on the "blue tennis ball icon". Then put the marker on the upper left hand side of where you want the picture to begin. Then HOLDING DOWN YOUR LEFT BUTTON, DRAG THE PAD TO THE ADJACENT CORNER and then let go.
Download the picture, and rename to the date first and the name of the job. (Ex: 04-15-Company-Name)
